How is everyone landing interviews these days? Direct applications or referrals? Hearing a lot about gpt optimization and wondering if anyone still cold applies anymore or recruiters ignore till they get a candidate referred internally. Thoughts?

MM shop, inv team role, I did a final round last week (my XXth IV so far) with one of the GPs. I honestly thought it went great. Haven’t heard a thing since though. Recruiter thinks I’m still in it cause of Christmas-Hol.

What do we think: Am I still in it or not a chance?
