How is GN Topic Advisory role against Consulting in Accenture S&C for Cost Transformation ?
I’m currently in Deloitte USI Supply chain team and been approached for a leader level role with Topic advisory team. FEW Q’s:

1. Work culture, WLB
2.Is it okay to move from SCNO consulting to Sales focussed role ?
3. Pay,hikes inline with consulting?
4. Possible to move to SC&O delivery role later ?

Anyone currently working in Topic advisory M/SM role, your inputs are very critical 🙂.

I heard from my head that there is a lot of slowdown in VW Germany... There is Hiring freeze, level freeze and all ... And soon that will spillover to india. So be prepared for very less hikes in coming cycle :( Also automotive sector in general is struggling with tesla laying off 10% workforce recently. Maybe time to make a move? What do you say fishes?

I've been a government attorney for nearly three years now and have worked in the same office/division since I passed the bar. I've yet to receive a promotion other than two cost of living increases (in sum, a pay increase of 6k over 3 years). I know this is meager, but I'm mostly ok with it, I just want to see some recognition. On the other hand, it's hard for me to imagine negotiating because (given my inexperience), I don't feel I'd be able to do better anywhere else. Any advice?
