Infosys is not providing me my relieving letter as I left the company during probation. I worked almost for 8 months, served my notice period, return the joining bonus. I have received full and final settlement. HR is directly denying to provide my relieving letter. She said it comes under abandonment. Please suggest. I have mailed multiple times but not getting any response.

I have got a offer of 13LPA from A company and I accepted it but now I got a offer of 15LPA from company B. But I would like to join company A as it's near by to me. Can I ask HR of company A to reconsider the offer given by showing the offer from B company?? Will HR accept it or reject it?
