Target Corporation -- TC 30LPA as a Sr. Engineer(Full stack)
And
Rubrik -- TC 30LPA + 750 RSUs as a Sr. Full Stack Dev

Really confused about where I should go,
Target tech stack - CQRS Java Spring boot microservices, React, Postgres, Mongo(The tech stack I am comfortable with)
Rubrik tech stack - Python Microservices, Postgres backend and Angular fronend.(The tech stack I have never worked with)

It comes down to Tech stack and WLB, Where should i join?

What's the minimum days/ years that one should have worked in order to receive the gratuity at Nagarro?
Do we get the amount in full that was deducted or do they give a fixed amount?

In salary breakup of Bosch apart from total CTC, another payable amount is mentioned under 'NPS optional- Company Contribution'. What does this optional means? What are your client follow-up/communication policies or practices? I’m hearing more and more that clients don’t like the long periods of time with little to no contact. From my perspective, since I bill for my time, unless I have an update or need something, I don’t initiate a call.
