How is project management at Havas Media?

I am interviewing for the agency for a pharma client and am nervous after reading about past posts on layoffs & culture. My current role has no growth opportunities and low pay, no company morale (largely remote) with an office in Newark, 13 PTO but is a comfy 9-5... meanwhile, Havas has its Manhattan location, $20k bump, unlimited PTO. However, ppl are out here making it sound horrible. Do I continue w/ interview?

I’m currently a third year in my small firm’s life sciences team. I’m not really stimulated by the work and although they say they have a lot of work, they’re not good at managing workload. I have a question, I got a contract role through a recruiter. Initially the recruiter offered the hourly pay rate which was the minimum in my range. Now I got an offer from the company. Now without me asking her she increased the hourly wage to the maximum range I asked. Which makes me doubt if the company increased it or she knew the rate all along but gave me the lower rate ?
