How is the project allocation done at TCS. Whats the process basically

Who proposes project for you is their a staffing team. Or you have to search for yourself ?
How tough are the client interviews
What happens if someone dont clear the interview ?
What if a project is proposed which doesnt match one's skillset
Are you allowed to decline a project which you have cleared interview for ?
If someone wants to switch a project are they allowed to ?
Whats the avg duration of the projects ? Tata Consultancy

I have offer from Accenture with 15.5 LPA with 21percent VPA including 3.25 L variable pay. The pay is for Level 10 and domain is SAP, YOE is 4.6. So what is the pay range for Level 10 and I do have counter offer so can I negotiate further with Accenture.

Didn't have top grades, wasn't on law review. Worked at a midsize firm and was laid off in march-- have about 3 years experience in a hot practice area. Have been applying and had some interviews at larger shops but nothing has come of it. I'm still applying to roles (not many out there) in my area but coming to the realization based on number of larger firm rejection letter that I may not find a role.
