Hi Fishes, I have an interview with PwC AC in the coming week. My tech stack is Power BI, SQL, SSRS,SSIS and Tableau. YEO -4 Current CTC is 9 LPA. During the initial call with the recruiter he asked for ny expected CTC and I asked for 17 LPA. Can anyone from PwC comment on this? Is this too much to ask or is this what someone at my current level would get paid at PwC. Please let me know!!!! PwC PwC India Pwc AC Deloitte Deloitte USI
Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

Not quite. I'm saying that as an Associate, you cannot expect meaningful mentorship while also asking to WFH.
The difference between your situation and my situation is that I'm at a point in my career where I don't need the same mentorship that you do.
P1 that is not even close to what I was asking. I never even said that I specifically wanted to work from home on a regular basis. I’d be fine with working in the office but at least wanted to know if I would be permitted to WFH one day should the need arise, such as needing to move, having children etc.
And also, why do you assume I’m a first year associate? I’m in my 7th year of practice and 3rd year in this particular area of law. Admittedly not as experienced as you but not exactly a novice either. The type of mentorship I see myself needing is simply the ability to make a phone call to seniors to strategize. How exactly do you assume from my question that I’m only thinking of myself? Perhaps, instead of mentorship, I should have said, “collegial environment”.
What do you want to know about it?
Just in general, office culture, ability to work from home, availability of partners, mentorship etc.
Not trying to be sparky, but I just think it's interesting that you prioritize ability to WFH, combined with Partner mentorship. The mentoring happens in office.
The best mentors I had at firms were in other offices and we spoke on Zoom.
I don't. My office is in CA, but since 2020, I've been working from my 2nd house in FL about 90% of the time (which is not in Orlando).
And he refuses to mentor even though he’s not in office lol
great
