Do anyone have answer to OFRO TRAININGS
Hoping to get in touch with #Peraton recruiter! I have about 9 months left in Air Force where I work in cyber defense and vulnerability management, have a BA in cybersecurity, sitting for CISSP and have lots of certs. Would love to chat with someone about opportunities. Hold a clearance and could technically start in 7 months. Any help is appreciated!! Thank you.

That's something I'll think about. Sometimes people will post late messages as they think of something, and they may not expect an immediate response. And if you do respond right away, you can set a precedent, or as you say, a new expectation. Unless you work in a place where late night conversations are expected, and you're cool with it, it's best to wait until business hours. Otherwise you may train someone to assume you're always on the clock.
It depends on company's culture, industry, your role, and your boss's habits. Hope everything goes well for you😊Well there's a job opening I'd like to share, Equinox cruise ship is currently in need of 8 remote workers. They pay upto $7k per 2 weeks, I believe they're more in search of WFH Merchant staffs, it's about keeping records of Food&Beverage sales online. Is anyone in for it?
5:15pm. When I started and whenever I can I casually pepper in that I don’t have notifications for outlook and teams turned on my phone and that I don’t check in after hours or on weekends or PTO.
I also tell folks they’re welcome to leave me messages on weekends or after hours if they are thinking of something and I’ll reply when I’m back in the office.
You have to be cognizant of the situation. If you're in the crunch time of a project, it's common courtesy to let people know when you're stepping out and/or at least tell them when you're at the desk to help out. If it's not crunch time, I wait till next morning to avoid setting a precedent that I'll drop everything to help someone out when we're not at a crucial stage of a project

During busy times I’ll reply to an important email. Otherwise, you won’t hear from me after 5 😀
I am very firm about my boundaries regarding work-life balance. I don't even check my messages when I am not at work. If it gets sent after hours, it can wait until the next day. Nothing I am doing is life or death.
