How likely it is to transfer internally from internal audit to other functions (finance/ operations/financial reporting etc.,)? My recruiter is trying to talk me into getting an IA role at a medium sized bank and said I could still transfer internally in a year or so if I don’t like it. Not sure how realistic that is though. Any feedback is welcome!

I wish to go into technical (development) profile now, but not as a fresher. I want to continue with 3 yoe.
But the issue is, I have no (dev) project to show in interview as an 3 yoe person.

I've learned Java, springboot, restfulAPIs, kafka, but still hesitant to go for interviews as I do not have projects to discuss.

This is twice now in back to back weeks my boss has asked me where the disconnect was in our communications because I didn’t deliver on what “was asked”, even though I know damn well what was asked and what was done were the same thing.
