How long does it take for EY to schedule a video interview with a manager? Been about 3 days now (which I know isn’t a long time) but the recruiter told me I was being fast tracked. Only asking because the position I’m interviewing for with EY is of most interest to me, and I also have Deloitte and Guidehouse that want to set up a video interview next week. I haven’t sent my availability to Deloitte or Guidehouse yet, because I don’t want them to overlap.

I work for a big GC in an entry level role. Most of the work is private, but they have some public projects in their portfolio. I graduated college this year with a civil engineering degree. How safe are CM jobs, especially at the entry level, with a probable recession in the near future?

Does anyone have anything to share about what it was like in this industry in ‘08 or the dot com bust? I’m sure it varies from company to company and from market to market. Any insight would be appreciated.
