I've been interviewing with some companies, and now I have to decide between JPMorgan Chase and Globant.
Globant is more innovative, and has remote work. I will enter to work with a Sillicon Valley startup based in San Francisco. The tech stack is React, Nextjs, AWS, and a serverless architecture.
JPM is semi remote, and less innovative. The tech stack Java, SpringBoot and AWS. But I'd do more migration tasks, like dockerize projects and pass them to kubernetes. What would you choose?

Depends where you left it off. Is it like literally offer letter next? Those go out pretty quick. If they're still deciding though that can take weeks easily.
With current economy, expect a long wait especially at a holding company owned shop. There may be a hiring freeze at said holding company so they may have to get special approval to hire you. Or situation could have changed and they aren’t hiring anymore. Also it’s summer, possible some of people you interviewed with are on vacay and they are waiting for their thumbs up. Lots of possible reasons. Connect with the recruiter and ask what’s up.
2 weeks is a long time. Can be lots of explanations - some you will some you prob won't like. Good luck.

Sometimes there’s a lot going on the backend. Waiting is the worst. But take them at their word for now and hopefully they’ll get back today. I’ve had some take weeks.
