How long does it usually take EY to follow up after final round interviews?

Hi, I’m interviewing for Laboratory supervisor positions at ARUP in the Salt Lake City, UT area. I have less than 2 years supervisor experience and I would like to negotiate if I get any offers. What are other people experiences/ salaries in same positions? Thanks!

How do you approach a firm recruiting you when you weren't looking to move? It would be similar work, but I could negotiate a significant salary boost which would help my family reach financial goals faster. I like everything about my firm, but the pay is on the low side. I've never interviewed when I wasn't eager to leave my current job, and I'm uncertain how to discuss that with the recruiter & interviewer. I want to leverage it, but don't want to sound greedy.
