How long is typical to wait on hearing back after a 2nd round interview? (That seemed to go very well.)

Tips on remote interviewing? Lateraling and this is my first one coming up. Kinda nervous since I haven’t done an interview in years.

Has anyone been given an offer or received further movement on their application after a month or more from your last interview? Not sure if it’s odd that the company reached out after my final round interview to have a call and “discuss next steps” but then they haven’t responded to me since I’ve followed up (I’ve poked 3 times every 11 days or so but I plan to leave it be now until they respond).

Getting an interview as a clinical app specialist for a radiology PACS company. Nervous to leave the clinical side but at the same time can’t wait. Have any rad techs/clinical people made the switch from clinical to tech? Do you recommend it?

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected. Interviewed with Google, Amazon, Cisco, McKinsey, and a few others and every-time there is something that is not a match... are the hiring managers looking for like 100% match? That will never happen!!!

Looking for feedback. What are your thoughts on when asked to provide a case study or project plan as a part of the interview process? I know BCD Travel and other start-ups make these kinds of request.

Odds of google interview without referral?

Received a verbal offer/commitment from the engineering team 3 weeks after my interview process. Still sitting and waiting (1.5 weeks) to have the conversation about compensation expectations and finalizing the offer. Is the Google hiring process typically this slow? It’s hard to be motivated when rounds of layoffs happen and you see all your friends leave. But one thing that’s gotten me through all of this is working out. And when I say workout I mean the most pathetic, sad, barely completed beginner-level cardio dance routines. I’ve somehow forced myself to move while on lockdown and it’s somehow forced me to feel better. Whatever you’re doing, wherever you are: get up and move even if you don’t finish or end up going on a walk. Pls take care of yourself❤️
