I’m a certified Health Coach (my training/courses are CCE-accredited by the International Coach Federation) w/ a BS in Psychology. I got a temp to hire starting at $18/hr. Dealing with a tricky situation... Managing a project, and one of my resources has been double booked - he's the main developer on my project, and the project lead on another.
He's dropping balls and missing deadlines on my project, and I've escalated to my partner, but the person who double booked him is the national SSL lead...
