Hi there, I had a question about 401k or Roth IRA. Should I put money into anyone of the two as an international student? I don’t see the point because I want to invest my money instead of saving it. Plus I don’t even have a permanent resident status so I don’t know if it makes sense saving it for retirement. On the other hand, the employer match and so on sounds good. So should I save it and take it out later or just invest it?

Does your undergrad school matter to MBA admissions? Does it make a difference if you have a great GPA from a state school or an average GPA from a highly selective school?

Is it worth it to go back to school for a better track to a FAANG company? The division I’m currently in seems like there are no good opportunities, and I have the funds available to finish my undergraduate full time (Canada). My SO has ~100K sitting in a savings account. She’s a student so very low income. Does it make more sense to start a 401K + IRA and invest it in chunks of 25K? Or max out this years retirement and then just throw the rest in an ETF?
