I recently got a good opportunity in one of the Mncs to work but i was worried as i had absconded from one of the companies just after 2 months of working there due to mental torture.

I have a shown the same as gap for personal reasons in my resume.

Will i have any problem after joining this new MNC during background verification as per the standards?..

Really need your help if anyone has faced this situation or know anything on the same.

*Ranges from 1x (Common) to 2x (Common)

From what I've analyzed, The YoY hike range at the current firm(15-20%) would be better than the other firm(8-16%).

But i dont like being in SAP as most of the opportunities will remain in service companies, want to move into high paying product companies.
At this level of exp which field i can choose in which transition is not extremely hard. I tried doing ds algo things using java but no success as the daily work i do on my job is totally different. Due to this i am not getting accustomed to those things.

I have only few more weeks to my LWD. I attended interview for 5 companies all cleared, but only 1 offer in hand, which I am not satisfied with. Others never came back with salary negotiation/confirmation. They just ask the expected CTC and never get back with update. It's a painful wait and demotivating. With 2.4 years experience in Big Data domain with AWS native. Getting 8.3 fixed + 10% variable with Deloitte where current CTC is 4.75. Have offers from other MNC like Accenture /IBM of 10 fixed.
