Depends on your skillset. That YoE corresponds to a band 10 position I think. For that, I've seen a max of 14lpa being offered with variable.
But as you're a data engineer, you might be getting more.

I would say 14 fixed, depends on your current CTC, since Accenture fixates a lot upon those variables
My current CTC is 13.5 LPA (12 Fixed , 1.5 Variable), but the issue is due to some reason, I am looking for a job change in just 4 months from my current company.
Its totally depend on your "current FIXED salary"
They can go upto 50-70% on below factors
1- urgent requirement & you are a early joiner
2- your interview went really well
3- you have niche Skillset
Otherwise, if other candidates are in pipeline for same position they won't offer you more than 30% -40% on current FIXED salary.
Also for your experience your level would be L-11
Or if luck work might be you get L-10 too :)

You just changed company, so HR wont give more than 10-20% ... Only if your interview performance is too good you will get 30+% hike.
