This seems reasonable for two cars. I know plenty of people paying well over that for just one. I personally pay $380 a month with 0% financing.

Thank you for the reassurance! I did a ton of research before reaching out to the dealership and knew what I was getting into and what numbers to expect, also negotiated hardcore with my wife as my wingwoman (she was amazing) and talked the salesman down a lot from his first offer, but unfortunately the market is what it is.
$0, bought a 2013 Corolla for $10k all cash in 2016 and it’s still cruising. I’ll hold on to it as long as I can!
$0. Bought my car used (with under 20k miles) in January 2020 right before the market got hot and paid it off by January 2021. Husband has a beater though. Waiting a couple years to upgrade his

$0. I gave up my car years ago and never looked back. Though I live in a commutable city.

I know! I lived in Texas years back and had to have a car. I’m in DC so I use scooters, busses, and trains. If I want to go on a trip I’ll rent a car.. but I love not having one haha
I’m paying about $700/month for a car I bought earlier this year. I had been driving my previous car for about 15 years. I bought a nicer car than I need but I love it!
I think it’s worth it! I plan to keep my new car for as long as possible.
One car (mid-00s minivan with roll-up windows) is completely paid off. The other (camper van that I don’t get to use as much as I’d like) is around $600/mo.
$500/month for our 2020 Chrysler Pacifica
I pay about $800/mo for two cars- both having about a 25k loan. Seems completely reasonable in todays market. 5 years ago the cost would have been much less.
What interest rates are y’all paying on your car loans? I’ve heard buying a new car on finance is the worst financial decision for most people, so trying to understand why it’s so popular among attorneys (or have you all arbitraged and are getting better investment returns elsewhere to make it worth it…)
Damn okay car finance is much cheaper than I expected. And if you’re putting 10% down on a car and keeping 90% in the S&P500, that’s a 5% net win on that remaining 90% for A7 and even better for AA1
Right now $255 for a 2018 VW, but I'm looking to upgrade to a new vehicle (if there were any new cars available).

$0. Have a 2007 CRV (less than 145k miles and we use it sparingly) and a 2016 Corolla (70k) holding onto them until the market cools.
One car paid off (2016 mid size SUV) and one car is just under $700/month. Luxury SUV we recently purchased very lightly used. Echoing another poster - much nicer car than we needed but was replacing a 2002
SUV and we plan to keep it for a long time.
$250/month and the only reason I haven’t paid off if cuz my interest rate is 2.5%
$550 for MB
$575 for one car - feeling like maybe I got robbed?
0- I only buy used cars in cash.
$700 0% financing and $1100/mo
$0 - we save $300/month for car replacement, so like paying ourselves in savings instead of paying car payments. Then use that fund to buy with cash.
It really depends on the type of car. Brand new Lexus Hybrid SUV, $890. APR 2.85%
