Hello fishes,
I got attached to Apple account two months back. From the past two months, I am in buffer code and they haven't mapped me to any project. Everytime I ask the POC about this, he says that the onsite manager is having discussions with the client...Why are these discussions taking so long ? Is this a normal thing at Infosys ?
Well, ey connect day was pretty chill

That's smart of Deloitte. Move towards paying very little for new hires but offer super high % bonus. Then you can say you got a 42% bonus!
If they've stopped publishing percentages it's because they're moving somewhat away from that system... maybe to one where your bonus is more a set $ based on level and rating - which would explain the variation in % this year.
1st year SC with non target school MBA (the equivalent of no MBA in the eyes of leadership) and at $117k. 6 yrs consulting experience.
I also heard D was moving towards a more bonus structure than pay raises, I also got a 16% bonus this year
1st year SC in commercial tech, 4 years experience. Base is 114K. Not sure what the bonus will be like since they don't post ranges anymore. Guessing somewhere around 18 to 20% for top performers.
I think you're right about that D6. I saw alot of bonus number here on FB (amount not percent) that were an exact match as mine for same level and rating.
