For Plaintiff PI Lawyers, what is your "pitch" when you speak a potential new client who is looking for an accident attorney? Especially if you're a younger attorney, who can't make the "I have over 20-30 years of experience, have seen it all, won X number of cases and recovered Y amount of compensation for my clients" pitch. I explain the process, say that my firm has an amazing team, that I will keep them updated every step of the way. Is there anything else I could say to land the client?

I manage a few people who don’t get the concept of work coverage. I’ve explained multiple times they need to own their projects and their timelines. Sometimes I can cover their projects but sometimes I can’t.

I ask them make coverage sheets and identify where they might need help and they just assume I’ll either cover their work or find coverage. When I was coming up I ALWAYS found coverage and had everything together before I left. My boss never had to worry about it
