Is Nagarro good to join? I have a fully remote opportunity which I'm pretty sure I can crack. Is the pay and benefits good at Nagarro? Do they provide laptop and test devices or will I have to work on my laptop? Do they give medical insurance etc? What if the project gets over. Do they have enough projects or will I be asked to move to a different technology? Will I be fired if on bench? Nagarro

I currently have 90hrs and every year I’ll rollover 40 that has to be used by the end of the following April.
I rarely take time off and when I do, I plan it around holidays.
I’m very much a fan of using my full PTO balance, even if just go take mental health days. If I roll over, it’s maybe 1-2 days max
I roll over the max allowed. When you leave the company, whether your choice or theirs. It gets paid back to you
We don’t get PTO. Sick days and personal and we have to cite why we are taking our time. Twice I have had to pay for a sub when I wanted to take a mental break.
Yes we get ur summer time off.
I had 180, down to 72, took a longer vacation. I'll roll that plus another 30 hours earned to next year. We cap out at 200 so I make sure to use mine. We can cash out once a year but for some reason they take 10% the top (for taxes they say) and still tax the remaining payout. Because of the skimming of 10%, I do not cash mine. The only exception was once when cashing it helped finance a down payment for a house.
I have close to 100 hours right now. They are letting us get a payout this year so I’ll roll 40 and pay out the rest after taking about 20 more throughout the rest of the year.
PTO for us depends on length of service, from 5 days to 30 -- I'm in the tier that gets 25 days (will hit the 30-day tier in 3 more years). & while I previously took days I didn't care about to get under the rollover limit, these days I dont bother. As a result, I haven't used even 4 days this year because I just haven't felt the need -- weekends & holidays have been enough for me. (I haven't traveled more than 2 hours' drive away since 2010)
We can roll over 20 days a year and they don’t accumulate so each year we get 20 days and can move 20 days to the next year. This year I will move 18 days to next year.
We get 2 floating holidays and you can’t save them- it’s use them or loose them.
I got 9 days. I may just take off every Friday loll
I booked 1 day a week off between July and December, booked a couple of days off here and there + 22-31 December, took some time off when my child was sick… and I have 10.5 days left. I always save 5 days for emergencies (my parents live in a different country, so if something happens to them, I might need to fly over at short notice); if I don’t need them, I can carry them over and use them by end of Q1 next year.
*If you’re wondering how I have so many days off… I’ve recently come back from 10 months on maternity leave, so between last year’s rollover, bank holidays, and accrued holidays for this year, I had 46 days to use up.
