In my Infosys offer letter says it says fixed Salary including retirals will be INR 78,751 per month and Total Gross Salary inclusive of the Performance Bonus and retirals will be INR 87,501 per month.
BASIC SALARY is 39,380
BASKET OF ALLOWANCES is 24,875
BONUS /EX-GRATIA (95% of the eligible amount (20% of Basic Salary) being paid out on
monthly basis) is 7,482
and MONTHLY SALARY is 71, 737

Please don't ignore and kindly suggest which company I should join JP Morgan or TIAA (mumbai both) in terms of
1. Work culture, work life balance
2. Compensation
3. Growth
Soon will be receiving offers. Yoe- 5.9, domain - risk / compliance.

Also, i have offer in hand 20 lpa fix+4lpa variable. how much i can expect from both.
