What matters more to you, salary or title? I'm weighing two opportunities... one would be a lateral move in the sense that I'd have the same title, but would definitely be making more money. Would you sell your PTO for extra $$$

For context, company announced that if we want to work through scheduled PTO this year. Will get 120% of your usual hourly pay ( on top of your salary). I’m selling back 80 hours. Allows me to catch up on a lot of work, get that extra bonus, and increase my yearly overall bonus because company will have a higher ebitda.

Is it a good move? Currently in the industry as senior financial analyst, $120 base + 10% bonus + stock option (but the company is not public yet). Got an offer from A&M for associate (yes, down-leveled) $100K base + ?? Bonus. I heard associate TC average to $150K last year, and if I can make senior next year, TC average to $210K. I haven’t really thought about what I wanted to do long term. I tried industry for half a year it wasn’t really my thing, so I’m going back the client serving for now.
