How much salary/compensation for SMTS in Nutanix bangalore location?

My total experience 8yrs.

As I'm moving to a new role in a small company, I have a doubt about my salary structure like the Basic salary part is only 20,000 while my take home is 62k after all deductions.

I'm concerned because the leave encashment & other things totally depends on the basic salary.

Are there not any rules for the Basic salary to be at a certain % of CTC or it depends totally on the company?

Also PF deductions they are offering only 1800 p.m but considering 20000 basic it should be 12% of 20000 right?

Got a temp offer for less than a year without promise of turning into full-time. Wanted to know what ppl think about temp jobs (looks bad on resume if I don't turn full-time later within the company?) and what comp should look like (e.g. 1.2× of regular comp?).

Typical salary band for Consultant level for Risk & Advisory in HCOL? Got an offer for 90k + 10k signing so trying to see if this is high or just standard. 2 YOE, they mentioned promotion to SC in 6-8 months.

I've been a government attorney for nearly three years now and have worked in the same office/division since I passed the bar. I've yet to receive a promotion other than two cost of living increases (in sum, a pay increase of 6k over 3 years). I’m a 9th year in a mostly litigation-based practice group at a one-tier partnership firm. My group’s billable hours have been low the last few years, so making partner will be nearly impossible, and a counsel position is not viable long-term in my group. What’s the best option here if partnership is the ultimate goal? Try to get a NEP/counsel position at another firm, which is likely difficult in my market, or offer to take a class cut by a few years?
