What kind of care coordinator?
Front office clinic kind, or hospital setting bedside aid type or .... there's a lot of different kinds of care coordinators so it just depends on the actual job duties.
It also depends where you live. South and Midwest $15-$25. East Coast $25-30 but cost of living and Mass taxes is not worth it.

Typically, care coordinators with no prior experience should get at least a few weeks of training, including shadowing, learning systems, and understanding protocols. However, this can vary by organization. More complex cases might require extended training before full responsibility.
