SVP vs VP in banking.

I'm currently looking at two HRBP roles at two different titles/salary bands. This would at a large banking company located in NYC. Can anyone with banking industry experience share their perspectives and insights on the differentiation between the roles? I take it that VP is more of a junior role and a more commonly-used title. I have a friend that's a VP at JPM and has about the same YOE as me (shes not in HR). I have about 15 YOE but about 10 yrs HR YOE and 3 HRBP YOE.

Is there something against doing back to back offers at PwC or any of the other big four? I was told that even if the dates don't overlap when they are announced sometime next year, I may still not be able to do both because of reasons related to the firm?
If this is the case then I may have look for another internship that I can do before the fellowship.
