I wouldn't worry about it. Jumping to new jobs is so common in sales, especially tech
You’re the only one who can take care of you and your financial responsibilities. Companies will never do that for you so, leave. Go find something better :-)
In the exact same situation.
Been putting in some applications, but no luck yet.
Do you speak German? We are hiring
I slide out feelers every 2 years or so
There are a lot of things to consider before changing jobs. If you do it consistently ever 12-18 months, then I believe that puts a little flag up when companies are looking at candidates. Nobody want to hire someone, spend three months or longer coaching and training them, and then lose them after they have gotten up to speed and are actually earning their pay. A good rule of thumb is to never change just for the sake of changing. Only change if the change is for the better.
Tbh im 20 turning 21 last year i made ab 120k just from employment but yeah i mean u got to hop jobs in sales sadly to make what u wanna make call centers go under
Depends on the company, hours and pay. I fund my hours being cut from 30-15 at seemingly everywhere I've worked. Unjustly might I add. I've hopped jobs a few times because of hours or pay or dislike of who I work for.
