Depends on your goals, but 3 times a week is definitely a healthy amount! I try to do strength 4x, one pilates class, and one run a week. Make sure to prioritize rest!

It depends on your fitness goals overall but I think that 3 days a week is plenty. I also strength train 3 days a week and do Cardio the other three and have one rest day per week.
