How strict is the hybrid wfo policy? Is wfh still possible?

when does BCG plan to return to office/client sites? specifically in the US. will training be in person? I'm vaccinated so would prefer not to wfh

Are salesforce (Bangalore) employees working from home or hybrid?

A VP told me that if I don't like our new WFH policy that I should find another firm.

Maybe I should, that's okay, but the fact that his response to my concern (2.5 hour commute both ways, not what I agreed to when I was hired) was just "find another firm" really rubs me the wrong way.
