How to clear the $200k mark? I’m currently a senior manager in product/ analytics/ growth at an old school F50. 29M, TC is about $185k ($140 base, $45 bonus/RSU). I’m on track to make director in ~2 years with ~250k TC but I’m bored and I want out to a more modern/ tech company. I’m struggling to find roles that match my current/ prospective comp… I’ve looked at sr. product roles and SM/ director analytics roles. Advice on where to look and what title? Hi guys, I got an offer from x and i discussed that with my current. At 1st current said they can only give 30% increment. I said I can't stay with this cause i got 70% and expect at least 50%(as the 70% included VP and the current org don't have vp, they have bonus). Then they said they can do max 45%. 4YOE @Amazon & trying to lateral to a similar role @FAANG. Have my undergrad GPA (3.8/4) on resume from top 15 school but colleague says to take it off (looks silly). If it’s a good school & high GPA, why ever take it off your resume? Even if 10 YOE...can’t hurt?

I’m really grateful for the offer and really excited, however, I am also interviewing with MBB. It has always been a goal of mine to work for tier 1 strategy firm as I’ve always felt on the outside looking in at big4. I feel like most exit ops from strategy would be S&O industry roles but still can’t get these MBB firms out of my mind. Am I just overthinking this?
