And we don’t want to have kids is that it will put extra pressure on us , less freedom for next 10-15 years. Wanted to understand why people have kids or don’t have kids . Luggage delay claim question

I used Chase explorer to buy tickets for my vacation and luggages were delayed for a month. Per chase term I am entitled $100 a day for 3 days. But the claim agency chase used has been asking for airlines response, which has not came (2month+ now). I am concerned insurance will use this as an excuse to never compensate. Is there a good way to handle this situation?
