24 LPA in India or 40 LPA (Tax free) in Dubai? Which ones a better compensation / makes more sense for a 26 y/o unmarried male?

I am a newly graduated fresher mechanical engineer working in an electro mechanical company at Dubai, My current salary is 2500 AED, I would like to know about your comments and suggestions regarding my career which could help me through my future ventures.

I don't think I'll have enough RRSP room to move 401k>IRA>RRSP and I would prefer to not have to file US taxes every year in retirement for withdrawls if I left the 401k in the US.
