Anyone go from SaaS / licensing sales to services (strategy & implementation) sales?

I'm thinking of moving from large cap tech to large cap consultancy firm to help build the resume and round out my experience. I enjoy and do well in licensing, but I'm fairly young in my career (<6 years) and received a great offer to make the move.

My company is giving me a reimbursement while I go to school. It’s capped to induce me to study part time. I decided to go full time. Pay the difference out of pocket so I can graduate quicker. I have been working as a manufacturing engineer tech for 4 years without a degree but this May I will get my bachelors in Mechanical Eng. Currently making 63k a year, hourly. I am trying to negotiate an internal base increase. Context is that I am at a FinTech following a key strategic and successful M&A in which I was the sole program manager. For reference I have 3 years of experience and have been offered a 10% base increase as a part of my promotion (current salary is 120k). Has anyone successfully made the career move from an HR specialization to an HRBP role? If so, how? I have been working for 7 years in a very niche HR specialization and while I wear many hats on the HR team, I feel like this is hard to express to recruiters or even get an interview for an HRBP role. I just found out I am pregnant and the person is not a believer. I know i have sinned, and now i am so lost. Abortion has crossed my mind multiple times. Not sure what i am doing posting here, I just needed to vent.

I need advice. I'm a non-denominational, pretty moderate Christian. My parents are loving people, but also very evangelical and Trump-endorsing. It's a struggle dealing with their black / white views.

Anyone dealt with a Christian parent who has been backsliding since the pandemic? Is this common? And how did you deal with it?

My aunt recently passed away, leaving behind 2 young girls (16 and 12 years old). I’m trying my best to be there for them and pray for them, and have been asking people to pray for them as well. Until I started question what is the point of asking people to pray for them? I know God hears my prayers, so why do we ask people to pray ?

Is it possible for God to reveal who we’re going to end up with? I feel very strongly that God is pointing me towards this man (who is only an acquaint at this point), but I don’t want to mistake my feelings for Gods voice.
