I just graduated with my PsyD in school psych & several years experience in education, clinical psych & also as an admin/EA at a marketing firm HQ but am planning on interviewing for learning & dev roles. Hello Fishes, is 15 LPA a reasonable compensation for Machine learning engineer (python, c++, computer vision and deep learning ) with 2 years of experience, current working for a product based company. If not what is the current industry standard. I keep seeing people posting 30+ LPA for data science roles with 3+ yoe.

I moved to my current company just a month back but Amazon process was in progress, so leaving in probation. I don't think they considered TC of my current company (17 LPA from 7.5 LPA) as it's been just a month. Any views regarding the offer and TC offered.

Currently an assurance senior 3 at EY (promoting to manager in Oct). Want to get insight or anyone who made transfer from one big 4 to another. Was it worth it? What’s the bump in salary? How hard was the transition for you (new terminology, tech, firm culture, etc)? Which offer should I accept? Currently staff 2 at big 4 in Tax with CPA license. I want to leave tax ASAP. Both are public companies +1B in revenue and same salary. Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.
