i gotta an offer from AMEX for band 30 for the role of Infrastructure Engineer and I've a 3 years of experience. They've given me 13 LPA as base salary and 90,000 for variable as yearly bonus and 1 LPA for PF & Gratuity. So, total 14.9 LPA.
Is my offer is a reasonable one in AMEX or I should try more ?

Finally I have been offered a role at a company I manifested for and good enough hike and I'll be joining them in a fortnight.

For PPL in my situation aapne ghabra na nhi hai, sab theek ho jaega, mental pressure no take, more interviews yes give.

I cleared Accenture Tech round, and they have sent a mail asking to fill in EAF . Should I wait for HR discussion and then do it? One of my friends didnt have HR round for salary discussion. After Tech round, they directly sent offer letter. When he asked for HR discussion for salary negotiation, they said nothing can be done. Does this happen a lot in Accenture?
