TCS is the worst company one can be in.
Cheap mindset management cares more about timesheet,wfo,forceful mandatory trainings,imposing strict restrictions on laptop,access to personal docs only via vpn,no employee well being no salary hikes nth at all.90% projects filled with freshers coz they cost less.No WLB for good dedicated hard working employees as they are punished with more and more work, leaves rewards mostly for people who don’t work.But no issues kyunki job security hai 😂

High turnover but it is because the pay is low. WLB is generally okay in the sense that there’s not an expectation to be available all night and weekends and in-office requirement (2 days per week) isn’t really enforced.
I came from a big law L&E group to Littler LA as a 4th year and have enjoyed it. The difference in pay is obviously big but I’ve found trade off was worth it in terms of WLB. I spend a lot more time with my family now and am not in constant fear that plans will be ruined by a partner’s call. I also have a baby on the way and am comfortable taking full advantage of my leave. I also think I have a realistic shot at making shareholder here and more direct exposure to clients if I ever want to explore going in house.
