very Selective jobs( MF PE and BB IBs) kinda blow these numbers out of the water... but for the more attainable exits like MM IB and and corporate development... considering wlb and pay, is the grass much greener?

Hi I just got an offer from Sopra Steria India and there is a loyalty allowance mentioned in CTC.
Do they give 100% of that loyalty allowance annually or they give a part of it annually?

Does sopra has hire and fire policy . (My client interview is not done . They have released the offer without second round )
