I accepted a job drafting forms at a new company after 24 years in underwriting with the same carrier, 8 mos. ago. I have not been given the support to be successful in this role and have no experience with these products. There have been mass layoffs and firings, and my boss is extremely toxic. I am looking for another job but would like to connect with a mentor so that I can improve my current situation and get advice on policy drafting.
