I all, I have recently got offer from coforge for client CBA (Commonwealth Bank ) and also I have offer from service channel .
1.what is the actual tech stack in the projects in CBA, I was interviewd on .NET Core, Microservices, and few questions on cloud .
2. How is it like working in client location (CBA)
3.can I expect that my job is secured atleast for 1.5 years.

Fishes need suggestions. I have been put on PIP for bad performance. I am being a part of 6 months project and project is about to complete with backend work done. I took more time for some tasks because of not knowing the technology so they highlighted that and my senior send emails to HR to put me on PIP. What should I do ? Acknowledge PIP ? Or resign? Or let them terminate me so I can claim salary of three months as fnf settlement? Getting confused, please suggest.

It's been two months I joined in virtusa and got assigned to jp Morgan client project and now after completing the first task manager is saying since they have budget constraints I have to change another project and give interview for that.
