Hi,
My last working day was 11th Nov and I submitted my asset to TCS location and got the Initial release letter as well. Later on 17th or 18th of Nov, I got a message from TCS that they have sent the Packing material through Vendor, please accept it.
I didn't accept the material and cancelled it when the delivery boy came to my location.
So, is it going to create any problem in getting reliving letter? Share your thought please

Hi fishies! Are there any recruiters from Facebook (Meta) who would be kind enough to review my resume and give me some feedback? From my perspective I’m a candidate for some of the roles I’ve recently applied for and also have experience as a contingent worker there and would like some honest feedback so I can reassess and reapply. Thanks so much in advance!

I think you need to communicate that the daily rate only includes 8 hours. If they want more, they need to pay X
“I can do that today—should I log the extra time, or would you prefer we adjust scope tomorrow?”
This **forces the commercial conversation in real time**.
Don’t Let “Client Needs” Become Unlimited Scope
A common trap:
> “The client needs it”
I would definitely recommend having them put it in print if they dont want to pay for OT. I would not trust them to "flex" time later. The company is your employer, not your friend. Check if you have a signed agreement on what you are supposed to do regarding overtime.
This is an issue for your employer to address. What the daily rate means, is for them to enforce.
Forget all the following comments. No one cares about the working class and if you don’t care for yourself then you loose as you have lost. Start your own company, set your own terms. Be fair to both your employees and the clients and remember … a fast buckle bets a slow dim
Most companies scrupulously deter this, because it opens them up to litigation. Big companies have lost class actions and had to give contractors employee benefits.
