I am a Manager at PWC AC and I got tier 4 rating for the last PY. I was put into PIP for 45 days and I cleared it successfully. My Client utilization is 98% right now and will be in billable project for next 2 months and mostly will get extended till April 2025 and my project has dependancy on me. Will they pick me to layoff?

I have an offer in hand already for the same CTC (kept one to be on safe side) and I really don't want to leave PWC as it provides WFH.
Please suggest something best.

Recently I have been looking for a job switch. I have recieved an offer from a startup company whose client is hpe. HR round was taken by a HPE manager too. They told they have 25-30 employees in hpe. They have other clients like Deloitte, PWC .
He told after 6-8 months of performance I can be in direct payroll with HPE.
So is it a good idea to join ?
Or shall I look for other jobs ? Please help ..

I developed interest in cloud computing as like many others and was able to clear AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solution Architect Associate and Professional, AWS Security. I'm a little confused on Danko - does he offer a self-study option for the coursework requirement? On his website it looks like each module has a 4-day virtual class which I wouldn't be able to attend due to working full time.
