Sounds fair. I know therapists with much more experience making only slightly more so it’s a good number.
That’s called pay compression, right? Think something similar is going on at the hospital I work at
I’m a vestibular PT, worked in Philly for years, and $40 is on the low end of normal. I was the lead and only PT in a vestibular outpatient clinic making $42 an hour and felt burn tf out working 12 hour days. Working home health was much better but typically is more of $50 per hour. Also picking up PRN home peds or school cases in Philly can make you around $100 a visit if you can pick up those cases PRN
