I struggle with the same thing (however not pregnant). What has worked for me is to include those pauses on my calendar (lunch, workout, etc) and take them as seriously as a client meeting. Of course that based on the client needs I will move around things but it has helped me be more mindful of my needs while I am wired at work

I wouldn’t change jobs… best case you kick ass during the pregnancy, worst case you flounder but they likely wouldn’t fire you so you still get your mat leave and then can go on transition after if you want to.
In the meantime… this job is super hard while pregnant (esp if you have a difficult pregnancy). I told my teams relatively early, I blocked early mornings and after five and refused to take meetings then (but I did do some solo work after my older kids were in bed). Block time for lunch, even for naps if you need it. Take sick days when necessary. And follow your body… like if you feel in desperate need of a nap, try to go for it. Earlier this year I put myself on mute and turned off my camera during a four hour steerco and took a glorious two hour nap. Your baby and your health are more important then work…just keep that top of mind.
Depending on your tenure, explore options with staffing around doing a stint as a PTO facilitator or doing a pro bono or tier one.
First year PL (acknowledged as the hardest time of the career path) and first trimester together is hard. You could speak to talent / staffing and be asked to put on an easier case, a tier 1, or something internal so it’s more sustainable. If you feel like you’ve got the PL role and the case in control, then it might be more about being v open w the teams, putting calendar blocks, getting meal kits delivered, etc.
Don’t forget ruthless delegation.

I left consulting when I wanted to start a family for this reason. My pay has increased, my work is just as interesting if not more so, I work with super smart ex-consultants, and I have time to focus on my family. There was really no downside to leaving. So much respect for consulting moms but I know I would not be able to do it.
