i am a SAP functional consultant YOE 4years 10 months having offer for 11.5 fixed, what is the average salary for this years of experience for SAP functional and what is the maximum i can ask now on this YOE, please share your views on this so that moving forward i know where i stand right now as per the market

I have got Offer from Publicis Sapient, CTC 14LPA, Permanent Remote work. However I have heard recently they are firing lots of resources , they are engaged in hire and fire policy.

Hi fishes, I am a backend developer , my current CTC is 18 LPA. I am looking for new opportunities , I have 2 offers one was 24 fixed and then i waited for sometime and got 34 LPA (32 fixed).
