1. How much should I ask for VP-603?
2. Is "Basic" component 40% of CTC or 50% of CTC(As per govt. new rule https://www.moneycontrol.com/news/business/personal-finance/new-labour-code-how-the-50-basic-pay-rule-will-reshape-salaries-13887243.html) />3. What is the variable percentage or annual bonus as per VP-603 for CIB?
4. Annual hike is based on Basic or on whole CTC?
5. Do they offer joining bonus?
