I am AM from last 4 years and devoted 7 years in the same orginization.I am an MBA in finanace. I am good at work, stakeholder handels their task only to me in my team (not even managers or above) because i am very good in SAP, BPC & Analysis. Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think? I have built up a good relationship with my Partner and SMs at EY though.
