Outside of FAANG, what are good large CA-based tech companies that provide good pay, WLB, and culture? DD has great people and WLB, but pay is low and you’re not given the tools and resources to succeed + truly make an impact. Google and Apple are ideal but need backups. Like is Salesforce still good? A company along those lines.

I am a project engineer in the heavy civil field with a company in the top 15-20 in the US. I’m about to hit my my 2 year mark with the company and have my eoy review next week. We average 50hours a week for most of the year and worked 60+hours through the summer and fall working essentially every Saturday.
