Hello, I have an interview coming up with Facebook (Meta) and its a manager role leading a global process team with multiple people reporting to the role.I have been told by the recruiter that Meta is fairly flat and the title does not really describe its seniority. I wanted to calibrate my experience to the role, would anyone have advice regarding levels at Meta and any other advice for an interview with them? Thanks

Tried your hand at a promising tech startup but unfortunately the market turned. As a result, there was a considerable RIF and your entire department was affected.
Grateful for the startup experience and eager to hop back into the consulting space given the right fit and opportunity.
You are one eloquent ************! Nicely worded!
Exactly what you just wrote...
Almost the whole depart actually instead of the whole, most of the mid-level managers are lay-off. Is being lay-off a bad sign for future consulting employers? Or employers/recruiters don’t care as long as you can pass the case interview and do the work
Not bad everyone knows tech firms over hired and now laid off tons of ppl, it’s going to be more and more common, if the firm does not understand that then they the ones losing out on talent, but there are a lot of short sighted petty folks out there that may try and squeeze you or hold that against you.
Not that difficult..Just say you were focused in x area and liked the lifestyle but didn’t like the content..(however connect the dots creatively) you wanna join y firm and focus on a different area (either they are very strong in or a growth priority)
I did the same was at b4 doing some hr and then at mbb focused on m&a…
I was even challenged with why don’t you rejoin your firm. I said the practice isn’t as strong at my former firm
