I am an SAP consultant and got H1B visa and 83K USD petition amount as annual package. Here I and my wife both are working and earning 50LPA together. My 7 yr old daughter and my wife will be on H4 Visa and she won't be able to work initially. I am confused whether I should opt for US or stay here only. Thoughts? Suggestions please?

So I accepted an offer back in mid March but I didn’t negotiate it up and now I’m regretting it, because apparently you’re supposed to. I got a much higher salary than expected and a sign on bonus, and it’s been a while since I accepted the offer, and the start date is later this year…. Is it too late to ask for a bit more though? I was approached on LinkedIn for an early career recruiting role in DFW, TX. I don't have direct experience, but I have the university experience/connections from working in career services. This is the first time I've considered work outside of higher education. I said my salary expectations are minimum $90k and that didn't seem to be an issue. Am I asking too little, too much? But how do you find the words to substantiate this feeling? Is it reasoning backwards? Is it working together with a great strategist? How do you sell it? Fire away!

I want to share my TCS interview experience. I got selected for one project TR, MR everything was over. The manager of the project confirmed me that I m selected and I will get offer letter soon. I was excited to join TCS due to job security,wlb, etc.
