I am being offered a salary of 60k per annum for the position of head of customer success. I've been with this company for 5 years, worked with them for 2 years in my home country, 2 years as a consultant while I moved to Canada for my Master's degree and now I'm going to join them as a full time employee. I built this CS team from the ground up and have a small team of 5. Is this an acceptable package for this position in BC, Canada? Should I be asking for more or start looking for another job?
